The company has entered in the commercial register, business ID 2125375-2.

These requirements apply to transactions between Taideateljee Sanna Pauliina Heikkilä’s online commerce and private-consumers. These conditions apply, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.

The agreement is effective as from the buyer does an online order. The seller delivers the confirmation of order to the buyer by e-mail after the agreement has been concluded.

DELIVERY TERMS

1. We supply the products so far only in Finland’s territory (if you would like to order products from abroad, please contact our customer service). Our deliveries are mainly handled by Itella Corporation (postal service, Posti). If you would like to have your purchases through Matkahuolto, please contact our customer service before you give an order.
2. The products are delivered that address which the buyer has been given. Be sure to check that the address is correct.
3. Estimated time of delivery is 2-10 working days (we inform of holidays or other possible delays in our website). We inform without delay if the time of delivery is longer than estimated. If the time of delivery is different from the above-mentioned, there is information about it on product’s own info page. If there are different times of delivery in the order, we send the goods under the longer time of delivery.
4. We are trying to remove from online commerce those products which are temporarily or completely finished, but if some ordered product is finished, we will inform about that immediately.
5. If you would like to have the delivery by a certain date, please mention it to us separately for example in your order or by contacting our customer service. If possible, we try to take notice of your wishes.
6. You will get a dispatch note with the delivery. It is also a receipt of your purchase.
7. Less than 18-year-old must have the guardian’s consent for making an order.

1. We are using the postal parcel as primary mode of delivery. You can choose from following alternatives of the Posti:
   1. Letter, delivery costs 2.90 per order. Only when you order postcards. The value of the order can’t be more than 40 euros. Delivered home.
   2. Postal Parcel, delivery costs 14.60 per order (the price includes additional service “Fragile Items”). We do not charge the delivery costs in purchases over 400 euros. The parcel is available for collection from the addressee’s nearest postal outlet after 2-3 working days from sending it.
   3. Collecting from Taideateljee in Kalajoki. You can also collect your products directly from our fine art studio in Kalajoki or by appointment for example from the centre of Kalajoki. When the order is processed and we have checked that the ordered products are available for collection in stock, you will get a confirmation by e-mail.
2. We reserve the right to change the delivery costs if Itella Corporation changes their prices.

The seller is responsible for product’s quality and other properties only in accordance with information that is specified in the agreement and other information the online commerce has given and information which especially is connected with the transaction in question.

Taideateljee Sanna Pauliina Heikkilä has copyrights in products which are sold in this online commerce.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

(We supply the products so far only in Finland’s territory. If you would like to order products from abroad, please contact our customer service. Methods of payment can be different abroad.)

1. Prepayment (Giro Transfer). You can pay your order at any bank or in your bank’s Internet service by giro. Products are reserved for you 5 days after making the order. You will get the payment directions with the confirmation of order.
2. Cash on Delivery. Only for postal parcels. You can pay products in postal outlet at the same time as you collect the parcel (as means of payment can be used for example cash, cash card and credit card). If you choose this alternative, we will add 3.65 euros to the delivery costs according to Posti’s prices.
3. Invoice. You can also pay your order by invoice. In this case, please contact our customer service before making an order.
4. Direct cash payment. If you collect your order direct from our fine art studio in Kalajoki, you can pay in cash (no possibility to pay by card).

1. The consumer has right to cancel the transaction during 14 days. 14 days are calculated from receiving the goods or the first lot of goods.
2. A notice of cancellation must be made either orally or in writing. Also returning the goods is accepted as cancellation. In all cases the product must be returned within a reasonable time, but not later than 30 days after sending the notice of cancellation (otherwise the cancellation lapses).
3. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the product remains unchanged and unharmed from receiving to sending the return (does not apply to untie the original parcel). If the goods are damaged for the reasons in which the buyer is responsible, cancellation right lapses.
4. Returned products must be packaged with care in the original parcel or a similar parcel that stands transportation.
5. Returns must be sent to our address “Taideateljee Sanna Pauliina Heikkilä, Etelänkyläntie 508, FI-85100 KALAJOKI, FINLAND”.
6. The seller pays the return costs if the goods are returned in a normal way, via post. If the return requires special mail handling or other special transportation, for example because of it’s size or weight, the seller is not responsible of the return costs. We do not claim returns that are sent by cash on delivery.
7. The seller pays back for the consumer the price which is already paid of the goods and the return costs (if the goods are returned in a normal way, see paragraph 6.) as soon as possible after receiving the return and checking that the goods are still saleable.
8. If Posti returns the product because of the incorrect address that has been given by the customer, we will charge the return costs from the customer.

Sometimes it may happen that in spite of the careful packing the parcel can be damaged in the mail transport. Therefore it pays to check parcel’s condition when you are collecting it in the presence of the postal officer. If the parcel has been damaged in the transport, do the notification of damage immediately in postal outlet. If you until at home by opening the parcel notice that the products are damaged, take the parcel with you and do the notification of damage in postal outlet. After that please contact our customer service for at agreeing to supply a new product or make some other arrangements.

PRICES

1. All prices includes VAT (9 % or 23 % depending on the product). The products are delivered at those prices which there are in the online commerce in the moment of ordering.
2. We reserve the right to change the prices in the online commerce. After the buyer has done an order and the agreement is effective we do not change the prices of the ordered products.
