Personal data is used only for the processing of orders, the contacts which are required by orders and delivering the ordered newsletters.
The register contains the following information: name, e-mail, address, phone number and the previous orders.
The information, mentioned in paragraph 3, is collected of that information which is given by customers themselves in the online commerce.
The information is not hand over or transferred.
The manual data is stored in a locked room. To the computer recorded data can be accessed only the personnel of Taideateljee Sanna Pauliina Heikkilä and the person who is taking care of maintenance of the online commerce. Accessing to the information requires giving the username and the password.
The customers have the right to inspect their personal information. The right of inspection is free when it is used at most once a year (12 months). The request of inspection must be done in writing by the letter signed in one’s own hand or personally at the register’s controller’s place. The request of inspection must be addressed to the register’s controller (contact: see paragraph 1.).
The customers have the right to require correcting their personal information if there is some incorrect information in the register. The request of correction must be addressed to the register’s controller.
The customers have the right to disallow the processing of their personal information for direct mail advertising, distance selling and other direct marketing and also for marketing research and public opinion research. The ban must be addressed to the register’s controller..
